With over 20 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, I've dedicated my career to helping people move, feel, and perform better - whether they're professional athletes or everyday individuals.
I've had the privilege of working with athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA, and USA Olympic Teams, and I bring that same elite level of care to every client I work with - whether it's a high school athlete, weekend warrior, or someone recovering from injury and looking to get back to doing what they love.
As a certified sports performance and movement specialist, my practice is built around a whole-body movement approach. I specialized in identifying the root cause of pain or dysfunction through detailed movement assessment and manual therapy, followed by progressive corrective exercises to restore control, strength, and mobility.
I'm also passionate about teaching and mentoring. Over the years, I've presented nationally and locally on movement assessment systems and strategies for bridging the gap between rehab and transitioning back to sport. I love educating clients, students, and new physical therapists on how to think critically and treat the whole body - not just the symptoms.
Now, I've brought all of this experience to the Austin community, where I help active adults train longer, push harder, and do it all without pain or fear of injury. I'd love to be part of your movement journey.
